Quality Assurance

• Visual inspections are performed at every step during the production process and final inspection.
• All products are made an of a single part (no cable segments unless specified in the drawing).
• No defective harnesses have been sent. Due to the quality assurance process that is handled in the company, the products have been found and contained during the process.
• Due to concurrent engineering; engineering change and first articles, there have been no defective products in production.
• The processes are periodically tested according to the specification of each tool.
